1/3 cup 2% milk
2/3 cup eggnog
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger brewed espresso
1 pinch ground nutmeg

DIRECTIONS
Pour milk and eggnog into a steaming pitcher and heat to between 145 degrees F to 165 degrees F (65 to 70 degrees C) using the steaming wand. Brew the shot of espresso, then add to mug. Pour the steamed milk and eggnog into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam. Spoon foam over the top. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of the foam.

This is the same ratio I use when making my Eggnog Lattes. I use skim milk and the lowest fat eggnog I can find. Yummy! Can't wait for eggnog to be on the store shelves.

I used the Easiest Eggnog from this site to make this. With it being mid-June, I haven't had an eggnog latte since....late December. I made it over ice minus the milk called for. Cured my "missing-winter" blues. Thanks!

I don't like eggnog lattes, but THESE I do like. I use a strong serving of Cafe Bustello to make an espresso shot with a Vietnamese press. Then froth the eggnog and milk in my frother and it's great.

This recipe is awesome. I hard an eggnog latte at "Borders" and this recipe tastes just like theirs. Definitely will use this again.

every Christmas my family and i try to figure out somthing new to do every year. this year i thought "hey chai tea eggnog latte" just do the recipe then put a packet of hot chai tea mixture in a cup then pour it taste wonderful!!!!
