INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 4 tablespoons malted milk powder
  • 1 large banana

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, combine milk, malt powder and banana. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
