I omitted the rice and served this as a chili. Perfect for using a surplus of summer zucchini! Thanks for the recipe.

Rich Chocolate Frosting

By far and away this is the best recipe for frosting that I have ever had. I did sift the cocoa and sugar. By making for 12 it was more than enough for cupcakes.
