Dijonnaise Chicken

This was ok. It tasted alot like olive oil. I also used yellow mustard & mayo instead of dijonnaise. I ate it, but didn't love it.

Cream of Mango Soup

Yummy! I didn't garnish with anything, just served as is and was a nice dessert soup. Tasted like a smoothie.

Key West Chicken

I doubled the marinade and did 4x's the lime. Marinated for several hours and it was yummy. Nice and moist. Served with a wedge of lime for those who wanted more on their chicken. I will make again.
