Vegan Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

I used raw almonds instead of pine nuts and toasted them. I did sprinkle a about a tablespoon of parmesean cheese in the end and squeezed some lemon juice on top.

Supreme Strawberry Topping

A delicious and easy idea for dessert. Used frozen strawberries, as the fresh ones weren't the best. Thanks for the idea.

Walnut-Cheese Spinach Salad

Reviewed on Aug. 27, 2008 by susiekew
This was delicious! Used frozen raspberries, as the freash ones didn't look too great, and it worked out fine. Also used mixed baby greens instead of the spinach, because that was what was freshest at the store. Be sure to toast the nuts, as the flavour is much better. Thanks for a super recipe.
